WISDOM
This book is a collection of 30 business articles I have written over the years. The self-publishing of this book has a cause behind it - the net proceeds of each book will be donated to a charity that I have been supporting for years
Society for the care of minors & youth - SMAN
SMAN is an NGO that is officially funded by EU grants managed by the Greek Ministry of Migration and Asylum. It houses unaccompanied underaged refugee children, who have arrived in Greece without their legal guardians (parents). It currently manages 2 lodgings: House_1 offers housing to children aged 12 to 18 while House_2 houses children younger than 12 years old as well as under-aged mothers with their babies. Each of the 2 houses hosts up to 17 children.

Workplace Wisdom. It’s everywhere. Yet is it really genuine?
When I started to write, I had no grand cause, no personal ambition. Just wanted to get some thoughts on ‘paper’ (i.e. LinkedIn). Writing was a discovery for me. I always thought I was good with numbers not words. But after 25+ years working in multinationals, I had a lot to say and I wanted to share my thoughts.
After my first few articles, I started getting some positive reaction. Readers were engaging with my content. What resonated was not necessarily the content (I am no philosopher and definitely no poet!) but the authenticity. I have no taboos. I am not trying to impress. I was writing what I truly felt and that resonated.
Authenticity is a core value of mine and when writing about a theme, I never Google it beforehand. I want to write my own thoughts without being influenced by what others have to say on the subject matter.
So, 3 years later, this book is a compilation of 30 unfiltered workplace reflections, with no edits since writing them.
They come in chronological order, as I wrote and published them on LinkedIn.
Business bedtime reading! Short and authentic. Happy reading!
